Piggy Pancakes

We had Piggy Pancakes

this evening for supper! Aren't they Cute?!

I used a Pumpkin Pancake recipe from allrecipes.com

2 c. flour

2 T. Brown sugar

1 T. Baking powder

1 1/4 t. Pumpkin pie spice/or cinnamon

1 t. salt

1 3/4 c. milk of choice

1/2 c. Pumpkin Puree'

1 egg

Mike and I got a little carried away with our creations. I caught Mike, so he retaliated and got me too. Haha! They sure were yummy! They are even yummier with a pumpkin Syrup on them. You use maple syrup, Pumpkin puree and cinnamon and heat it together and serve it over top the pancakes complete with chopped walnutes. Delectable! :)
