Here's how I made it: Dice up some fresh sweet onion, some garlic, fresh tomatoes, yellow bell pepper and saute' it in olive oil. Dice up your tofu and add it to the vegetables. Then add cumin, chili powder, a squirt of lime juice and sprinkle on some salt. Simmer on low to get the flavors all absorbed into the tofu. Then finely chop fresh cilantro and add it to the pan! This is simple wonderful. Hope you enjoy!

I made a delightful new tofu recipe the other day for breakfast! It was SUPER tasty. Thank you, Lisa R. for this delicious new twist to regular old tofu! Loved it.
