I've tried sourdough starters before. Had some luck with them, and sometimes not. However, between an article on All Recipes and the http://www.sourdough.com/ website, I am definitely giving it another try! I think in fact that I will start this very week! Today! ;)
Have any of you ever tried your hand at a sourdough starter? If so, how did it work for you? What did you use to start it and how often did you feed it? Did you keep it on the counter or in the fridge?
