Menu Plan Monday

Lunches:
Spaghetti
Millet Patties and Veggies
Burritos
Nachos
Leftovers
Suppers:
Scalloped Potatoes, Carrots, Salad
Walnut Olive Burgers and Oven Fries
Rice and stirfried TVP "beef" style
Baked Ziti and Salad
"Meatloaf" and Mashed Potatoes
Snacks:
Fresh Fruit
Veggies
Hummus and Crackers
Homemade Popcicles
I don't know, folks. I feel uninspired this week. I could barely get this menu made out. And it still is very uninspiring to me. I feel tired and I don't feel like making anything or washing another dish in the kitchen. I was hoping that last week's menu would provide a few things left to swing on over into this week, but alas-we were piggies and ate each and every meal that I made. Ha! Except for some of the leftover Soup and Chili-it's in the freezer for a later date. Maybe I'll come up with some other things to make as the week goes on, but for now... this is the best I can do....

  1. That makes me feel better. ;p Even this list is better than most of my weeks. But it does include leftovers. hehe =) Thanks for sharing. That baked ziti sounds like a good idea. So do burgers and fries. I think Ezra might like some homemade french fries. LOL
