Football Season- Scrumptious Bean Chili

Although I am not a big ball fan, I know many of you are! Here's a good recipe to go with the game.

1 bag Morningstar Burger Crumbles

3 cups tomato juice or 2 cans V8 juice

16 oz. salsa

1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained (and or Pinto beans)

1 can (15 1/2 oz.) great northern beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz.) butter beans, rinsed and drained (I used Cannolini beans)

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce

1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste

1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies (or Rotel)

1 envelope (or one recipe) taco seasoning

Cook in Crockpot on low til ready to serve! I made some Mexican Cornbread to go with and served the Chili with a dollop of sour cream. I thought this recipe was EASY and DELICIOUS.
