Pumpkin Spiced Latte

So you wanted my recipe for Pumpkin Spiced Lattes, eh? I don't blame you! They were sooooo GOOD! I got the original recipe on under the title of Pumpkin Spiced Latte. However, I modified it to make it my own. :) Here's my recipe!

3 cups of hot vanilla flavored Almond milk (love the silk brand!)
4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
6 oz of double strength decaf coffee (I put 6 oz. of HOT water in a glass and added 2 heaping tsp. of a decaf coffee such as Postum or Pero.)

Blend all of this together in your blender. Pour into mug and squirt some yummy whipped topping over it and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
Drink to your delight! :)

  3. what whipped topping do you use? I haven't found any that don't have some kind of dairy in them.
