So is anyone feeling like eating this week after Thanksgiving and all the leftovers? I'm not so sure I am, but I know I must and I certainly know my kids and husband need nourishment! Therefore, I menu plan. Another huge reason I menu plan is because it is one less thing I have to think about during the week. I know what I'll be having for meals, and that is a good thing.
For this week, we'll be eating:
Breakfasts:
Chipped Tofu and Homemade Toast
Smoothies and Muffins
Country Breakfast Cereal
Blueberry Breakfast Cake
Lowfat Whole Grain Waffles
Lunches:
Leftovers
Haystacks
Fruit Salad and Muffins
Suppers:
7-layer Tortilla Pie and Spanish Rice
Grilled "Cheese" Sandwich w/Sauerkraut
Chickpea Curry over Rice
Mashed Tatos, corn on the cob and loaf
Corn Chowder with corn bread
Baking:
Fruity Oatmeal Cookies
Muffins-blueberry? Cranberry?
