Haven't posted any menu plans on here for a while, so thought I would do that this week. I am trying to eat very healthfully and thrifty and lose weight as well! Sometimes the menu's can seem a bit boring and old hat.... Here goes:
Breakfasts:
Soy Millet Waffles
Eggs and Toast
Rice Pudding
5-Grain Crockpot Cereal
Lunches:
Chips, Black Beans,lettuce, etc... (haystacks I guess!)
Oatburgers
Thai Curry Tofu
Spaghetti
Suppers:
Millet Pecan Loaf and Baby Potatoes
Salad, Hummus and chips
Pizza,homemade
Soup and Salad
Fruit and Popcorn
Desserts:
Halvah Carob Balls
Lemon Pie
