Monday Menu Planning

I am so enjoying the tastes and aroma's of fall time y'all!


Tonight my family and I had a fun campfire time and I made some delicious White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte's with whipped cream on top. Yummmm in cup! I got the idea off of Pinterest! Gotta luv Pinterest and all the great idea's on there! I also made some pumpkin muffins. SO easy to make-also from Pinterest. ;) (and we had nachos and potato soup as well-just so you don't think all we had was sweets! haha!)


Up this week for meal ideas:




Breakfasts:


Green Smoothies


Pumpkin Spice Waffles


Pumpkin Muffins


Country Style Breakfast (eggs, biscuits, vegetarian sausage)




Lunches:


Sandwiches (tofu olive walnut)


Soup (leftover potato)


Crockpot Spaghetti


Vegetable Plate


Salad and Beans (haystacks?)




Suppers:


Burrito Bake


Veggies and Noodles Thai Style


Vegetarian Meatball Subs


Vegetarian Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes and Carrots


Soup(not sure what kind yet!) and Bread




Baking:


BREAD-imperative THIS week!!!


Fudgy Chocolate Cookies


Baked Pumpkin Donut Holes


Apple Pie??? Or Apple Crisp??

  3. I seriously need to get back into menu planning. I do all my cooking for lunches, at least, on Sundays, but am not always good at planning ahead for that! Some of your meals sound so good. :)
