A Sense of the Resurrection

12 school days before Easter weekend found us doing a wonderfully enriching study called "A Sense of the Resurrection" (by www.ohamanda.com)
Every day we read the Bible reading for the day and discussed a topic. We began with Mary anointing Jesus' feet with perfume and did an activity and a flag banner based on that.
We experienced Communion Bread and foot washing.

And every day each of the three children made a flag to hang up. We chose to hang ours on our quilt rack.
We talked about the Rooster crowing three times and how Peter denied knowing His Master.

We talked about how the nails pierced Jesus' hands as He died for me and for you. And we put a red dot in the middle of our hands to remember this.
We talked about the Angel all glowing in light, who rolled away the stone from the tomb.
And oh so much more. I was very inspired and thrilled by this study and so thankful that we could do it together!
Keep this in mind for next year! It is very reasonably priced: between 5.50 and 6.50- I got a coupon code so I got it at the cheaper rate. It is well worth the price and you and your children will form many wonderful memories together as you learn about the sacred events surrounding Jesus Death, Burial and Resurrection.
